Road trips are made better with games to help pass the time. Sure – you can stick an iPad in front of your kid (I’ve definitely done that, too), but I think we can all agree that engaging your kids and family in a game is a more positive experience.

Enter the license plate game! It’s definitely something that’s been around for a while, but it’s tried and true. Below, you’ll find two sheets that you can print out to help you play the game on your next road trip, or just while driving around town. Cross off the license plates that you’ve found until you find them all. As a bonus, kids start to learn about states and their location.
